Office

This is where you can make yourself at home. Take off your shoes, grab the blanket, move the pillows, really whatever helps you and your nervous system settle :)

I have a white noise machine and music in the lobby to enhance your privacy. If the sound of the white noise machine bothers you while we’re in session, let me know and we can have music in the background in the room as well.
