Fill out the consult form here. This will give me some insight about you and then I will reach out to schedule a free consultation call.

Consult calls help us determine if we will be a good fit. Studies have shown that being a good fit lead to better outcomes in therapy (even more than what the therapist is trained in). On this call I like to see how comfortable we are having a conversation, which might offer insight to if you feel safe opening up in therapy with me.
If by the end of the call one or both of us do not feel like we have fully clicked or I am not qualified to treat what you are looking for I would be happy to offer referrals to someone who might be a better fit.

I require 48 hour notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within that time frame results in a charge of your full session fee.
-
I am available for in-person and virtual sessions Monday - Thursday from 9:30-5pm.
Appointments are required. Walk-in and crisis services are not available.
-
I am not available after hours. If you are having a counseling emergency:
Call 911,
Call/Text the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988,
Or go to the nearest emergency room.

Sessions are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly until you reach your initial therapy goals.
Once you decide you are ready to reduce the frequency of sessions (to every three weeks or monthly), sessions will move to an "as-needed" basis. You can reach out via email, text, or book a session through my online calendar when you want a check-in session.
Research consistently demonstrates that therapy yields the most significant benefits when integrated into a client's routine on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers must give patients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You can receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees (not a part of psychotherapy). You can also ask your healthcare provider and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill of at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit http://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
