Our work towards self-acceptance includes bringing all of these elements together as the foundation upon which we heal and get a full picture of who you are and how you want to show up in the world and relationships. As people we are unique and complex beings. Sometimes our identities haven’t been accepted, some of us haven’t felt safe to be ourselves. As a queer person who grew up feeling shame for my identity, I hope to create a space where you feel welcome to be you completely and wholly, as you are.
